Two months after pulling the plug on their marriage, Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans have settled their divorce.
The future exes reached a settlement on Oct. 24, according to court documents filed in Davidson County, Tennessee, and obtained by Page Six. The couple filed for divorce on November 3.
The filing states that the country music stars had a prenuptial agreement and divided assets such as their Nashville home, which is now “vacant” and up for sale. The previous couple will split the proceeds of the sale in half.
Page Six confirmed in August that Ballerini, 29, had filed for divorce from Evans, 37, after nearly five years of marriage.
A source told People at the time that the estranged couple went to great lengths to salvage their ill-fated union.

“They have been working on their marriage for a long time,” the source shared. “Prior to this, they had privately separated once before and have been in therapy for a number of years.
“They gave their best, but unfortunately they came to the decision to formally part ways.”
Last month, the “Heartfirst” singer called the decision to end her marriage “difficult,” but explained that it didn’t happen overnight.
The couple divided their assets and moved out of their marital home.

“I think when there’s a big life decision like that, it’s not sudden,” he told CBS.
“There are a lot of things that happen before they are made public. So, I am on my active healing journey. A big part of that is showing up on this album. [‘Subject to Change’] and show myself as I have never done it”.
Ballerini added that she was “really proud” of herself for overcoming the challenges that came with the divorce.
The couple married in December 2017 following their engagement a year earlier.
